FORGET Y2K...WE MAY HAVE TO USE OUR FOOD STASH THIS SUMMER!!!!COULD A HURRICANE BE DEVESTATING??!!!!!!HOUSTON LIGHTING &POWER ,who has ganged up with Entex to be sure the customer is thoughly reamed whether he uses gas or electricity theat up his can of beans,has a big secret they are hiding very well...with major downsizing at the light company has come a shortage of repair crews.In the early eighties it was not uncommon to see a lot of extra personell at all repairs and installations,so much so it was a joke.Boy those extra personell came in handy during Hurricane Alicia.Anyone who remembers being without power for a few days or a week can triple or quadrupal up times for rebilding downed lines and services.The plan is to import out of state workers.......right who are being paid time and material + overtime and double to complete repairs,hell they would retire here if they could.And whose power do you think gets repaired first?It's the mayor,his other relatives,then city council,then all the other goverment peons that can blow a little smoke up someones ass!!ON THE SUBJECT OF Y2K...another problem with the year 2000 is that it is also leap year..what this effect will have is uncertain..........I have not heard anyone address this when commenting on the subject..... An e-mail I recieved from ''[email protected]''suggested joining the AMERICAN RED CROSS to people who are paranoid about Y2K..you will have plenty of food and drink,warm blankets to sleep in too,If thier is civil unrest,RED CROSS workers being messed with will not sit too well with the military or NATIONAL GUARD.If nothing becomes of the dreaded bug...at least you may be able to help someone that is in crisis.AMERIkkkA ONLINE AND SPAM......Do you recieve a TON of porno spam cause you once visited or were tricked into visiting one of those pay porn sites??Spam to me ruins the online experience as to avoid have my mailbox filled with 50-100 ads a day i had to turn off my mail and now only accept from people l have preselected.Spam list makers now even regularly make lists of valid screennames right out of aol chats,so you dont even have to visit a site.The first thing aol does when you complain about porn spam is they try to shame you by saying ''you must have visited one of ''those'' sites..I told em hell yea l did,but do l really need all this spam??It would be very easy for aol to term these people accounts,but for some reason they allow it to go on.Try creating a screen name just for your personal e-mail..this is what you give out to new people you meet and would like to give your address to .Then block the mail for your other names,and if you want,allow only y ''selected'' members to send you mail.AOL kinds of makes it hard to get to this feature in the mailcontrols, if you keep after it you can do it thru mail center under your master screen name. | |||||||||||||||||||||||

UFO'SWHILE THE CRASH AT ROSWELL IS COMMON KNOWLEDGE,LESS REPORTED IS THE 2ND CRASH ABOUT 75 MILES AWAY ON THE SAME NIGHT AT CORONA NEW MEXICO.I DO NOT KNOW WHY THIS IS NOT TOUCHED UPON DURING TV DOCUMENTARIES,BUT ANYONE WHO STUDIES THE 1947 INCIDENT IS WELL AWARE OF IT.THIS IS WHERE 4 ALIEN BODIES WERE RECOVERED,AND THE RANCHER ON THAT LAND,AS WELL AS HIS BROTHER AND SON,REPORTED FINDING THE ALIENS FIRST.2 OF THE ALIENS WERE DEAD,ONE WAS DYING AND ONE WAS WALKING AROUND.THE RANCHERS SAID THEY WERE OVERCOME WITH AN OVERWHELMING SADNESS AT NOT BEING ABLE TO DO ANYTHING TO HELP THIS BEING,AND KNOWING THAT HE WAS NOT GOING TO GET BACK TO WHERE HE WAS FROM.THE DETAILS OF THE ROSWELL CRASH ARE TOO NUMUROUS TO GO INTO HERE,BUT THEY ARE EASILY OBTAINABLE IN ANY LIBRARY,BOOKSTORE,AND ON THE INTERNET.A GOOD STARTING POINT WOULD BE THE SIGHTINGS LINK AT THE BOTTOM OF THE PAGE.UFO'SWhere are all those good videos at??On a lot of the new ufo shows they are still showing 40 year old ufo films that are very obviously fakes.I always wonder why they show those when there amazing videos shot recently.Oh yea,there are videos shot by astronauts,and they claim them to be intelligent craft,unknown to them.??Hey it would be cool if we could figure out what these things are.An exaimination of some of these videos would provide some interesting explainations by our goverment officials.Occaisionally a ufo documentary will show some awesome video...even the fox documentary ''best video evidence for u.f.o.'s '' didnt show some of the high quality video I have seen on Discovery Channel. | |||||||||||||||||||||||
